Coach Movrich returns for his 8th year as head coach of the Wilmot varsity softball team, his 17th overall in the softball program.
During his tenure as varsity coach his teams have won 3 conference championships and made three W.I.A.A. State Tournament appearances, finishing 2nd in 1982.
His varsity coaching record at Wilmot is 80-44.
Coach Movrich credits two individuals who are extremely influential in his coaching abilities. First is former long time head Wilmot baseball coach and Hall of Famer Joe O’Neill and the second is current University of Arizona and USA Olympic Head coach Mike Candrea. Movrich can be heard at practice saying “If Arizona does it this way; this is the way we’re doing it.” His coaching philosophy is "They (Arizona) are eight time national champions so they are doing something right."
Coach Movrich currently teaches Driver Education at Wilmot High School. He was the Head Wrestling coach for 11 years and was the Athletic Director for five years.
He graduated from Mukwonago High School where he played baseball, football and wrestled. He is married to Kim and has two children: Markus – 24 and Matthew –20.
His team philosophy is WORK HARD, PRACTICE EVERYDAY, GET BETTER.
Some of Coach Movrich's goals for this season are toplay better defense, cut down on the strike outs, win more games and make make top 3 in the conference.

Coach Dopke is entering his 3rd year as the varsity assistant softball coach here at Wilmot.
His experience includes two seasons as a volunteer assistant at Lake Geneva Badger HS, and two years as a volunteer assistant and seven years as the junior varsity coach at Wilmot.
Also, from 2001-2007, he coached a summer club fastpitch team known as the Diamond Devils.
Prior to coaching fastpitch softball, Coach Dopke was a coach in the East Troy Youth Baseball program for ten years, and was also the commissioner of traveling baseball leagues in the Walworth County area.
Coach Dopke attended East Troy High School, where he is the 2nd-most famous graduate of the class of 1987, and earned his degree from UW-Whitewater. He currently is in his 14th year at Wilmot, and is the head of the math department.
Coach Dopke coaches 1st base, works with the outfielders, is the hitting coach and a "rule book expert".

Coach Plichta is in her 5th year coaching softball for Wilmot, but has played for many years.
She enjoyed playing short stop, third base, and left field while in high school, and as a Senior, she earned the Varsity MVP award.
She enjoys learning more about the game of softball every year, and has attended coaching clinics in Steven’s Point, Whitewater, Chicago, and Tuscon, AZ.
Coach Plichta has also served as an assistant coach for Logan High School in La Crosse while student teaching.
She also teaches German at WUHS, is an advisor for the German Exchange Program, and has directed the fall plays.
Coach Plitcha says, "The best thing about coaching is seeing how much the athletes develop their skills during each season."
Coach Plitcha's past experience includs assistant JV coach at Logan High School in LaCrosse, coaching JV and Varsity at Wilmot and playing since she was 8 years old.

Coach Rawlins enters her fourth year of coaching at the freshman level.
Coach Rawlins played four years of High School softball in Atlantic, Iowa .
From there, she went to the University of Northern Iowa, where she played four more years of softball.
After college, she coached in Jefferson, Iowa and Council Bluffs, Iowa and continued to play softball for an amateur team from Des Moines, Iowa.
Softball has been a big part of Coach Rawlins' life for a long time. She loves the game and loves coaching the girls at Wilmot, striving to help build the Panther team into a powerhouse again.
Teachers physcal education at Lakewood Grade School in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin.
Is married and has two childrenm Michael and James, both of which attend Wilmot Union High School.

Coach Dohse brings a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and knowledge to the softball program.
Has coached many years on the summer circuit in southeast Wisconsin.
Played four years of softball at Wilmot High School.
Attened UW-Parkside where she is working on her teaching degree.
