About Coach Dinegan
- Coach Dinegan has been head coach for 2 years now. He has completed 25 marathons.
- What made him decide to coach this sport is that he loves running and he wants his Cross Country runners to become lifelong runners.
- What he likes best about coaching cross country is working hard with student athletes outside the classroom. Watching and helping them improve as runners and as people.
- In the years of '73, '75, '82, the boys were the Boys Conference Champs. In 2002 the girls were the Girls Conference Champs.
- In 2007 Shannon Brown was the Girls Conference Champion.
- The Cross Country philosophy is "Develop each runner to realize their potential indvidually. Build a team so that they can draw on each other and to put the team first."
- The team slogan/motto is "Keep it healthy. Keep it supple. Keep it Strong."
